'Thankyou so much for designing and making my dream gown. It is absolutely perfect, and I know that on the day, as nervous as I may be, I'll feel a thousand times better knowing that i'm in this beautiful creation.'

Emma's gown is beautifully made from a sand wash silk satin. This design begins with a delicate cowl at the front  neckline, which then sweeps around the shoulder into a bold drape set into the back neckline. Bias cut, into elongating diagonal lines, this gown slips straight over the figure into a small train at the back hem, bound inside and invisibly stitched by hand. This design suited Emma's desire for a little glamour, in the form of a gown that is ultimately flattering and easy to wear.

'In my first sessions with Cherry to measure me up, then fit the toile, I felt relaxed, comfortable and very confident that I had made the right choice - not only in design but also in maker.

I would recommend Cherry without hesitation for both her exceptional talent and charming professionalism.  I will always remember both how amazing my dress was on the big day, but also how much I loved the process of having it made.'

' There's an effortlessness to the way she works, and a calmness that went into creating my wedding outfit that made the whole experience so utterly lovely. Cherry's ideas and confidence were so positive, and she just knew how to dress my body, it fit perfectly!

Lauren's ensemble has been crafted from a gorgeous vintage french lace, designed to flatter is a classic pencil skirt silhouette with some derriere shaping through the centre back and a split through to the hem, ensuring ease of movement. Allowing a small amount of midriff, with a deep V at the back neckline and a high front neck, maintains an appropriate balance. The top is finished with a hand applied row of scallop over each shoulder.  The ensemble is lined fully in a fine quality, lightweight cotton sateen to counter the humidity of a coastal wedding. The contrast of a little flash of skin with the weight of the lace suited Lauren's desire for an outfit both chic and modern.
